There are a few additional sound damping (Sims Limb Savers) that you can purchase separately, but they are not really needed. I have shot more compound crossbow than I have recurves, they are much louder than this equinox. The Excalibur suppliers send a sound damping device that attaches to the limbs and reduces the noise sufficiently. The noise level on this recurve is very low. I have shoot a few other crossbows and this one is correct in driving the bolts to the fletchings. Well, it is the top of the line for "recurve crossbow'! Assembly was really easy, especially with the help from the DVD that is sent with the bow. overall this is the best bow (crossbow or other) that I've ever owned. It does get a little heavy but that's what they make the sling for. The fact that this is a recurve crossbow means less moving parts, l ess parts to break, less noise. I actually had to buy another 6 bolts because at 50 yards they were going through the target past the vanes. I was a little high and to the left, one click on the scope to the left and a small increase on the speed scale and I was shooting bolt after bolt with groups the size of a golf ball or less at 50 yards. I sighted everything in at 20 yards then moved the target to 50 yards as instructed. 0 to 20 yards use the crosshairs.you'll nail it every time, then use the reticle marks for 30, 40 and 50, you have to set your speed with a dial at the back of the scope but once you do your set. mine came with the Varizone scope which I seriously recommend. The Equinox crossbow uses 20-inch arrows, and each arrow only weighs 350 grams, so you will reload and reshoot with ease. You can use the crossbow while hunting from a distance because it has a 16.5 power stroke, which impacts the velocity of each shot. The typical venture capital investment occurs after the seed funding round as a growth funding round (also referred to as Series A round) in the interest of generating a return through an eventual realization event, such as an IPO or trade sale of the company. The venture capital fund makes money by owning equity in the companies it invests in, which usually have a novel technology or business model in high technology industries, such as biotechnology, IT, software, etc. Venture capital (VC) is financial capital provided to early-stage, high-potential, growth startup companies. The investors then take an active role in the funded company, instructing and monitoring its progress before providing additional funds.Īfter a specified period of time, the investors exit the company, typically four to six years after the initial investment, by implementing a merger, acquisition, or initial public offering (IPO). The funds may be provided all at once, but the funding is provided in rounds more typically.
